Owner Greg Landon has a Masters of Science degree in Fitness & Wellness Leadership, is a USA Boxing Silver Level Coach, and a licensed self defense instructor. His focus is on the experience of fitness, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, body awareness and functional mobility, strength & conditioning, and the sport of boxing.

Personal Training

  • When you sign up to get personal training, you’ve decided to invest in yourself. To become a better you. We are co-conspirators to removing barriers with a plan that is realistic and and effective. Whether it’s general fitness or becoming a better athlete or becoming more aware of your body and how to make it move efficiently, we’ll make it happen!

  • In-studio: $65 per session

    In-home: Rates start at $80 per session

    Monthly Rate*: $500

    10-Session Punch Card**: $400

    5-Session Punch Card***: $200

    *Based on 2-3 sessions per week

Strength & Conditioning

  • Want to get better at your sport, or sports in general? Getting into running, biking, rock climbing or hiking? Strength & Conditioning training is for you! We’ll work on those sport-specific areas to increase your mobility, flexibility, and strength to move our body more efficiently.

  • Strength & Conditioning - $65/hour

    Sport-Specific Training - $70/hour

Body Awareness & Movement

  • Your body is a complicated and clever machine that, over time, through injury, or disabling conditions doesn't move as efficiently as it should. With awareness and strengthening exercises, learn how and why the body works as it does and help you move better, with less pain - or to prevent pain - and enjoy your body.

  • Classes*: $30

    Individual Training: $50 per session

    *Limit 20 people per class
